Shipping and Customer Service Questions


Q - How can I place an order for your candles?
A - You can place an order online through the secure and safe Square Marketplace. We ship nationwide

and put all our effort in to keeping our customers thrilled with their purchases.
Q - How long before my order is shipped? 
A - Normal processing time is ten business days for creation & shipping. Please keep in mind, your

candles are hand made and take a few days time, depending on the quantity of orders we are currently

filling.You will receive an email notification with your tracking number when your order is shipped. We do

our best to ship out quickly and efficiently and if for any reason your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately. 
Q - Will my soy candles melt during transport?
A - Melting is unlikely. The biggest risk of melting is the period of time between when the driver delivers your package to your doorstep and you retrieve it. 
We encourage you to use the tracking so that you are aware of the estimated day of arrival, especially during the summer months. If you leave your soy candles in the sun for an extended period of time (more than a few hours), your candles may begin to melt. You should arrange for your package to retrieved as soon as possible after delivery. Your box will be clearly marked to keep out of the sun or hot areas.
Q - What will it cost to ship my order? 
A - We want you to be able to purchase your candles without fear of skyrocketing shipping costs. Therefore, all orders under $100 ship for a flat fee of $8 regardless of the size or weight of the item. This enables you to add to your order without increasing your shipping costs. Please see the table below for a complete summary of shipping costs. (Continental U.S. only please.)

Q - Do you ship to Alaska/Hawaii/U.S. Territories/Internationally?
A - We currently only ship within the continental U.S.

Because Greenhouse Soy Company wants you to be happy with your purchase, we have a comprehensive return and exchange policy. Placing an order with us constitutes your agreement with our return/exchange policy.

Please do not return merchandise without first contacting us regarding your return. Otherwise you run the risk of not being reimbursed properly for your item(s). You must notify us within five days of your intent to return or exchange any defective or unwanted product. After five days, it is at our discretion to reimburse you for any return or exchange. You mus include a copy of your original invoice with a full explanation of why the item is being returned.

In the event that an item(s) in your order are defective, broken or damaged, we will replace your damaged product with another identical product in new condition. You will not be charged for shipping for the replacement product and you will be reimbursed for the shipping costs upon receipt of the damaged item. You must ship the returned item via a tracking system.

If the merchandise was not defective and you simply wish to return it, we will accept the return and refund the purchase price, but you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. Your return is also subject to a 15% restocking fee. In order to be reimbursed, the item must be in its original, sellable condition. For example, you may not return a candle that has been lit or tarts that have been broken.

We reserve the right to refuse further sales to any customer that we believe is abusing our refund/exchange policy.
